Love Duncan, but Dream beat most if not all of the other top big men in his era. Duncan lost to Zach Randolph, Dirk twice, Amare, and how many times to Shaq?
I don't think you can keep up with the conversation, since you say he wasn't a top alpha, but you hit your period when you cry about how bad Robinson's teammates were. Notice every single one of those players had MUCH better teams due to talent. Had nothing to do with "at ude"

Newsflash, you cried about Hakeem's teammates first, then talked about how Hakeem beat Robinson with no mention of teammates.
I pointed out that contradiction to you.
Could you please reread the thread? Please? Or at least reread your own post if you don't have the mental capacity to follow a conversation, but can only understand a monologue? Pretty please?
So NOW it is about individuals, and not team. No wonder you have such a hard time following even your own posts, because you just jump back and forth in your logic whenever it suits you.
Going by your most recent logic, the one where it's about individuals, and also the one which contradicts the one you posted five minutes ago about teams, Hakeem lost to Thurl Bailey, Parish, Tom Chambers, Drug Tarpley, Olden Polynice, Divac twice, everyone because he didn't even make the playoffs with his injury, or you can say he lost to an eye socket, Kemp twice, and Ostertag twice.
What does Robinson's teammates have to do with his ass getting owned? Hakeem dominated him, alone.
You're the main one who brings up metrics when they favor you in a Kobe argument, but start bleeding out the rectum when they don't favor Duncan.
Yes, because professional basketball is strictly a game of one on one.
It's also why you acknowledge Shawn Kemp owned Hakeem in 96. Very nice.
What metrics are you talking about? Like how Duncan led the Spurs in points and rebounds in the 05 series against Detroit? How he had the highest Game Score? Best DRating (other than Glen Robinson, who only played spot minutes), how he had the highest usage rate, by far the highest rebounding percentage (except for low use players), how he averaged 20.6ppg and 14.1 rpg vs. the COMBINED 21.6ppg and 15.9rpg for the Wallace brothers (aka the best defensive frontline in the league)?
How about in the 07 series vs. Cleveland, when he led the Spurs in rebounds, assists, steals and blocks, and the best defensive rating on the Spurs in a defensive series?
Smh conveniently leaving out his TS%, EFG%, and his offensive rating which were all terrible that 05 series. Yet you are quick to bring up Kobe's percentages when they favor you.
Amb refusing to talk about Duncan's shooting percentage in 05 and 07. Smh.
Because Duncan didn't shoot 38% or 40% from the field.
Because Duncan let his teammates shoot the ball instead of hogging the ball for personal glory.
And the list of all the questions you dodged in this THREAD ALONE>
This is amb all day ... Kobe should make playoffs with all the talent he has had on these god awful Lakers team the past two years ... but lets say by some miracle they do make it this year it wont mean .
Dont waste your time. Arguing with him can be fun at times ...but so exhausting.
Duncan did shoot 41% against Ben Wallace and Rasheed. Duncan also shot 44% against Big Z and Varejo. But keep bringing up percentages when they favor you.
42% and 45%. Learn rounding.
And no, shooting 42% and 45% in a series isn't exceptionally bad. Hakeem shot 39%, 43% and 44% throughout entire playoff runs, but I am not holding that against him, because he actually passes.
Some called, him a blackhole on offense pre le years ...not sure I agree with that but his passing did improve quite a bit from his younger years ...
Anyways proceed.
Hakeem was a blackhole earlier on, but he learned.
People forgot the late 80s years when Hakeem was a diva.
