ESPN said this morning that he might not start but still should play. I really don't see him not playing. Stoops still wants to win. May have to give my Sooner insider a call.
Per 1300 out of Austin: Some recent reports out of ou that things aren't going to well there right now. Evidently P. Thompson, current backup QB, had a shouting match with the O coordinator during practice this week and isn't happy with how the QB situation is going. Also, at least 2 OL have left the team and are planning on transferring/playing somewhere else. Added to this is A. Peterson not going to class AT ALL and will likely not play against UCLA this weekend. It looks to me as though Stoops is losing control of his team somewhat. Can't say I really care all that much, but it does give me pleasure to see ou have all these problems. I still want to stick it to them come October!
