full schedule will come out Tuesday or Wednesday night
Would've liked to open at home, but regardless, should be an interesting game. Both teams will look very different from last year.
edit: Well, I guess it's possible we could be opening at home on the 27th...but hopefully the league wouldn't give us a b2b to start off the season
full schedule will come out Tuesday or Wednesday night
Not surprised its on the road smh. NBA almost let the defending champs open up on the road last year..
Huh? This is going to be only our 2nd time opening up on the road since the '07 le
Wasn't there rumors that we were opening up @ MIA last year? Or @CLE can't remember
at OKC is the opener:
With that said, opening with a back-to-back isn't all that uncommon. The Spurs have opened with a back-to-back 4 times since the start of the 2007-08 season.
Firt loss of the season, you heard it first.
Yeah after posting that I remembered that both Cleveland and NY opened last season with b2bs. Guess it's not that rare, but regardless, nice to get confirmation that OKC is our opener as well.
Chimp rook goes for 55. Spurs lose by 40
This will happen again.
Danny Green with the game-winning assist.
Starting off the season by handing the Thunder a home loss? Sounds great to me!
Only...79 days
Yeah... Pop tries really hard on opening games for some reason. 17-1 in the TD era. Great to start 1-0 in the season series against one of the West heavyweights.
Home game would be preferred ... @ OKC is a tough one ... always
Cool. Spurs will pound OKC on the road to open the season.

He makes it a habit:
What else is new?
LMA points watch. Over or under 20?
Aldridge owns Sergio, tbh.
The game's an opportunity. If you win it, you get a road win that will likely prove to be very helpful down the road. If you don't, you've tested yourself with the new guys early on, in a tough road spot and should grow from that experience.
