I don't think Pagano should be fired. The players like playing for him and the team has gotten better every year with him. He's not the one signing old and average veterans to huge FA deals and watching the team be average and get beat by the same old every year. It's not Pagano's fault the team had no CB depth when all those injuries happened in the secondary. When the Colts let go of Manning, they were supposed to build a team that could do the things you need to do to win without great QB play and instead they drafted a whole load of skill position players and have basically the same kind of team as the Manning era Colts, which they were trying to avoid. All of that is Grigson's fault. It might be one of those things where you let go of both, but I don't think Pagano's much to blame for why the Colts look bad right now.
