Oh no doubt, and in fact he was arguably better this series. I'm talking from a whole season stand point though, as people who haven't watched SJ all that much won't really have seen him performing like he did tonight all year long. I'd put Murray in the conversation, but obviously he didn't play the whole year.

Crosby is a fine choice for Conn Smythe even though Kessel tallied more points. He went up against the opponents best defenders at all times and created a ton of scoring chances. Kessel was mainly doing it on 2nd/3rd D pairings.
after beating the Wings for the Cup.....I sat through playoff choke after playoff choke.....I was getting tired of the nonsense. We should have been a lot better in the postseason than we were. Now, thanks to Rutherford and Sullivan, we found magic. I hope we can keep it up.....

Fleury got us there in the regular season.....He was a flippin stud the 2nd half of the season, until his injury just before the playoffs. Then Murray got hurt.
