Avante, the new spread for the Alamo Bowl is Oregon -7. With Boykin out, that seems like a no brainer. Am I missing something? TCU has only had 48 hours to prepare a gameplan w/o Boykin, Oregon has been killing it ATS since Vernon Adams returned from injury, and the B12 has flopped so far in bowl season.
If I were in Vegas, I'd put money on Oregon to easily cover that spread.
A Texas team in a Texas bowl, is why the line isn't 10.5.
But....other than the playoff bowls ya always have to question the want/need/motivation in these bowl games. Does Oregon wanna be there, if they do they'll cover that number, if they don't.....hmmmm?

Yes I did. And yes, I know about the injuries to the Oregon players.....awww boohoo. Injuries happen. Look at TCU, missing two starting OL and Doctson for the game. The fact is, TCU = Bill Clinton and Oregon = Monica Lewinsky.......and they left that pearly all over the Oregon helmets.
