people have gotten fired for posting racist, sexist, phobic, pedo, etc. comments. sucks for them, but hey, thats what happens when you put your personal photo/name online and decide to troll. word to the wise, posters should take their photos off of their avatars if they're going to post things that would jeopardize their professional and personal lives. you never know if somebody is keeping a file full of hateful posts just waiting for the right time to send a mass email to everyone you love or work with
