May have to take back my anti-Simmons. He's getting quality minutes now and producing though he has lost his man a few times and missed that alley op that you have to finish on this level.

He hasn't really been good until this game.
He's improved significantly.
His awareness was lacking in some games, not on man to man defense, but screens, backcuts and other issues.
I miss him too but getting rid of Beli probably gave this team a historic defense tbh...

Danny didn't start poorly this game, I think Pop was experimenting with Kawhi/Simmons pairing, bc it has worked some games.
Simmons has also improved from game to game and definitely has Pop impressed. It's smart from Pop to find out what he can give right now.
He's 26 already, not like you can take the scenic route with his development.
