Bobo and Anderson almost kind of cut from the same cloth in that regard TBH.
If only Anderson could achieve darling Bobo's skill he should count himself lucky.
Pop ed Coach Bud with the Tiago trade tbh.

I am sure Pop would take him back if he could ... to get the West minutes off the bench next season.
Tiago didn't even have the worst +/-. ATL looks like fools gold.
Bud can't complain. He got Coach of the Year cribbing off Pop's playbook.
Damn. I was rooting for Coach Bud. It's sad that Bud and Brett Brown are both in sucky situations
Bud is also the GM and he did nothing in the offseason but trade a 1st rounder for Tim Hardaway Jr and bring over that sorry sack of Splitter. That dude is nothing but a clumsy oaf. He gets his shot blocked most of the time and he fouls on defense. He doesn't rebound either. A total POS of a player.
It's tough to feel for Bud when he is the one that makes these terrible moves.
People say that the Hawks gave up nothing. Sorry, I'd rather have the 8 million in cap space.
Which led to LMA's signing.
Edit:
Also, perhaps it was me or did I notice Pop looking a little disappointed on Coach Bud after the game? Pop was walking towards Bud to greet him and Bud just waived him from afar. I think Pop was expecting at least a hug.

I didn't watch the game. I don't watch Hawks/Spurs games. It's an automatic loss.
It wouldn't shock me if Bud has something else going on in his life. He strikes me as an alcoholic with some deep and personal issues.
This franchise ed up by firing Ferry and giving Bud the keys to the whole damn team. Bud is now flopping.
Btw, handing LA to SA was no surprise.
Remember, the Hawks had Deke to Philly and then they went to the finals... Then, they gave Sheed to the Pistons.
This is not surprising.
This performance from Manu wasn't Ditka bump worthy?
ATL is 14–11. So, more like fool's bronze... or, graphite?
Might as well be 10 games under .500.
You're right. Check this out:

Definitely. Thanks for the vid
I dunno about their schedule, but hopefully they went to eat after the game.
Wow, yea thanks for sharing that.
Definitely Bud was super upset after the game, and Coach Pop was disappointed to not get to salute his friend.
Coach Pop is classy. Always wins and loses with class. Constantly emphasizes that life is more than just basketball to his staff.
Wow, Bud better have gone back and groveled at Pop's feet. ing insubordinate disciple.
that's kind of sad. I noticed Brett Brown tried to avoid Pop too the other night. Not sure what is up, hopefully they're not pissed at Pop for something, could be they're just disgusted after the asswhippings. I'll give Pop credit, he always seems gracious in defeat.

Gotta love 'em![]()
Did you just make that up or did you read previous reports about his issues with alcohol?
it could also be as head coaches who have lost the aura of newnesss, they don't want to be seen as pop suckers. If bud gets beat down and then is all hugs and kisses after the game it kind of seems like he's ok with losing.....cant do that. got to show remorse.
Thats just one possibility. As far as GM Bud, you don't dismantle a 60 win team. Splitter is worth his contract and not much more. Atlanta has the assets to tank in a quick and easy way next year, but obv it's way too early to give up on them. I don't blame GM bud for not upgrading the roster
Hmm that looks familiar...
