Last but not least... I am told that Shane Buechele had one of his better practices of fall camp. I'm told he continues to grade out significantly higher than teammate Tyrone Swoopes.
I was watching the video of Heard playing WR and I noticed that both QBs looked sharp in their throws. In fact I also noticed that I only saw one pass to him being thrown by SB, all the rest were done by Swoops.
Doesn't mean anything, but thought I would throw that out there.
I have not watched all of the practice videos, but it does seem like they're purposely showing Swoopes more.

Just FYI, the Vahe rumor was started by someone walking by the stadium and seeing Vahe carted off. May be something, may be nothing.
OrangeBloods confirmed Vahe has a lower leg injury.

The guys on the Sports Buffet radio show quoted Strong as saying all the coaches are in agreement as to who will start at QB against ND so there's that.

Redshirt freshman OL Buck Major will be a candidate for a sixth year to play four seasons after suffering a season-ending hand ligament tear. Tough news for Buck, who worked himself into better shape this summer (but was still working third team).
