Well, should be an interesting one. Bummed I won't see Duncan play tonight. It night be the last game I can make it to this year.
%60 Kings..Spurs %40...Cousins will go HAM inside..Need Kawhi to equalize him and few role players to score +10 pints. an opportunity for Diaw to pull his head out of his ass..

24 point differential.. Da real MVP right there
Good grief. Did Pop really say Green has been overplayed with a straight face?
Let's hope guys step up. Going to be tough with 3 starters out. Especially 2 of our defensive front line guys.
And ffs sake Bonner better not be starting.
Is this lineup for Pop to give whomever is cut a swan song? If so I don't like it, no time for sentimentality when there are les to be won.
I wanted to see Timmy and I'll end up at the Bonner swansong game. Consolation prize levels, low.
Just flipped my Spurs calendar to March, and have Bobo there... hopefully he'll have a good game for a change...
Patty going for 40 imo. Gonna christen his new placement as a member of a Big 3.

Not sure if any of you guys have read this article in the link above, but Tim Grover (Jordan's former trainer) doesn't think having young guys sit out games is the way to go in regards to rest. He thinks that if you want to rest them, just play them limited minutes. That's kind of been my take for years and I haven't always agreed with Pop on sitting out players completely. Maybe older guys like Tim, but I'm not sure I agree with sitting out younger players. Like Grover said, getting proper rest is the key. Not sitting on the bench for 2 hours then going out after games or staying up late texting and/or doing stuff like playing Xbox.
I'm curious what you guys think about what Tim Grover said in that article and if you agree with him. I pretty much agree with him in regards to not having younger player sit out completely. Just limit their minutes instead. I've kind of been against it ever since Pop started doing it. For Tim though, who legitimately needs it, I probably agree with it. Parker and Manu, that's on them if they want to play for their countries during the off-season and not get proper rest. It shouldn't be up to the Spurs to have to rest them all the time during the season.
Woops almost forgot....
UNLEASH THE BOBAN.
Nono, please pass the word to Manu toavoid taking charges.
I got that same Spurs calendar for Christmas. mills was last month.
Kawhi is easily our best player, but opponents were averaging 102 ppg when Duncan was out and Kawhi WAS playing. Its pretty clear that we are an elite defensive team ONLY when BOTH of them are playing.
Is the guy in your avatar from This Is Spinal Tap?
Yep. The immortal Nigel Tufnel, lead guitarist.
Love that film.
" o Cleveland!"
yup, and they had the Golden God for January![]()
Leonard is totally on his own on the defensive end.![]()
Parker/Simmons backcourt has potential to be as awful as Parker/Beli was
While not likely, it is possible that Simmons too is playing for his job if they're determined to cut a wing to make space for Martin. Could be Butler vs. Simmons rather than vs. Bonner.
Same here unfortunately.
