Damn this one stings bc we were within sriking distance. Our offense looks like crap when no one can shoot a 3 that is for sure, but it was teamwide.

Leonard needs to learn how to do other things to win if his shot isn't falling. he got hacked a lot but he really forced the issue for way too long when it was obvious it wasnt his night shooting

Lost this game in the first 4 minutes of the game. Played even the other 44 minutes...
Everyone's offense looks like crap when their shot isn't falling. GS lost to the Lakers because of it.
Eh, meaningless loss. Will make it easier to cut the starters minutes going forward b/c the team is stuck as the #2 seed.

But I think against good defenses our current offense doesn't generate necessarily good looks. Many of the 3s were forced or semi contested.
Once ppl were not in rhythm, they got some open 3s, but it is already not your night. Still it was a winnable game but the refs ruined some stops were able to get.
He posted up & drove but missed a couple of bunnies. He missed 3 or 4 shots he would have made 9 out of 10 times.
Also Monta, Spurs' killer forever.

very much agree and the slow starts were an early season concern and have been for a while.
Remember when Manu would come in and save the SL. He was unable to in this one.

Meh, I expected the FG% to rise above 35%, but it didn't. Hence the loss.
Curious argument. Seemed like we got more than enough stops down the stretch to win this one. Just a lot of brick-laying.
Like Defend and Rebound? Kawhi's shot wasn't falling but the problem was that applied to the entire team as well. To the point that you might as well have Kawhi force shots and hope he gets hot.
