    2017-18 Game 10

    https://jmoneysports.com/2017/11/30/...in-tough-loss/

The two-week break for the FIBA World Cup qualifying window didn’t cool off Jimmer Fredette one bit as the former BYU guard hit the 50-point mark for the second game in a row and the fourth time in his last six chances as the Shanghai Sharks fell to the Fujian Sturgeons 144-139.

Fredette was on fire in the loss as he finished with 56 points on 19-for-32 shooting from the field, including a blistering 8-for-12 from 3-point range and 10-for-10 from the foul line. He added five assists, four rebounds and a steal in 43 minutes.....

    2017-18 Game 11

    https://jmoneysports.com/2017/12/03/...other-setback/

In a curious move, Fredette came off the bench, but still led the Sharks in scoring with 28 points on 11-for-28 shooting from the floor, including 4-for-12 from 3-point land and 2-for-2 from the foul line. He added five assists, three rebounds and two steals in 39 minutes.

After sitting for the first seven minutes of the game, Fredette got to work as he got to the basket for two first quarter lay-ups. One came on a fastbreak to open up his scoring night while the other came on a perfectly timed backdoor cut for the easy lay-in. He also did a nice job sharing the ball in the first with a pair of assists....

It is the sixth time this season he scored more than 40 points while hitting at least seven 3-point shots. It is also the fifth straight game where he hasn’t missed a free throw....

I watched all of his D-League Games. I think I caught a few China League games last season (on replay). Haven't caught any this season (not including highlights).

Jimmer shooting .965 from FT. I said the Spurs should've kept him if for no other reason than to close out games from the line. If the Spurs had him in 2013, they might have one more ring right now.

He should. When the Bulls bothered to play him it went like this. When was the last time the Spurs end of the bench guy did anything like this?

He’s too old to be end of the bench... probably why nobody wants him
