He's never going to play in the NBA again.
Good for him.
has he passed pierre jackson and marcus denmon in scoring yet?
Guang Dong
Jimmer was too big a star for the NBA to handle and probably told Stern/Bald to off. Was probably blackballed by the referees and never had a shot. Probably a better shooter than Curry tbh
He just wasn't good at the basketsball.
You’re doing the troll thing again I see
Not far off, tbh.
solid troll job tbh
derp bought it
Not quite the black dong you call paradise.

Jimmer Fredette on greatest college players of all time list
As BYU has concluded another basketball season without an NCAA Tournament appearance, it’s nice to go back in time and remember those good old days. The days of Jimmermania led by BYU’s goat, Jimmer Fredette.
Jimmer’s collegiate career at BYU was the stuff of legends and one publication recognized his time with the Cougars among the greats of the sport of college basketball.
SLAM Magazine published a special collector’s issue of “The Greatest College Players of All Time” which featured the Top 100 players ever to play college hoops and sure enough, the man, the myth, the alpha, and the omega, James “Jimmer” Taft Fredette checked in on the list.
Jimmer appeared at No. 97 in SLAM’s Top 100 ranking. Well deserved. I won’t give you the entire list, because I highly recommend picking it up and reading for yourself, but Jimmer was ahead of UMass’ Marcus Camby, Duke’s Zion Williamson (yes, he was on the Top 100), and Purdue’s Glenn Robinson.
Another interesting note is that UConn’s Kemba Walker appears on the cover, yet he isn’t in the Top 100. I bring up Kemba because, in the 2010-11 season, Jimmer won the Naismith Award over Kemba who both had incredible years leading their squads that season. But Kemba was no Jimmer. Kevin Durant once proclaimed Jimmer as the greatest scorer in the world, which is a wild thought when you consider how amazing KD has been in his professional career at scoring.
In 37 games in his senior season in 2011, Jimmer averaged 28.9 points, shot nearly 40-percent from the three-point line, and was hovering around 90-percent from the charity stripe.
Jimmer Fredette was a legend, not just at BYU, but in the history of college basketball and it’s great to see him getting that recognition among the best to ever do it at the collegiate level.

Fredette helps Shanghai into playoffs, leads league in scoring
Glens Falls' Jimmer Fredette delivered a clutch performance Wednesday to help the Shanghai Sharks into the Chinese Basketball Association playoffs with the last spot.
Fredette led the Sharks to a 124-89 win over Fujian on the final day of the regular season. He scored a team-high 32 points on 12-of-20 shooting from the field, including 7 of 11 on 3-pointers. He also had six rebounds and four assists in his three quarters played.
His seven 3-pointers set the CBA record with 219 this season. His four assists gave him a team-record 233. He also had previously set the team record for steals in a season with 112.
Fredette averaged a league-best 36.9 points per game. He shot 53 percent on two-pointers, 42.4 percent on 3-pointers and 91.7 percent on foul shots. He also averaged 5.7 rebounds, 5.4 assists and 2.6 steals.
Shanghai will play the fifth-seeded Beijing Ducks in the first round, starting Saturday.
I read that issue and I think Danny ferry is somewhere in the top 40.
Decent list I think, but I’m not a huge college ball fan, the compe ion just isn’t as good as the nba and lesser players can shine easier.
I don't remember all the particulars off the top of my head cos it was so long ago; but yea, D Ferry was one of the most impressive college players I've seen. He was ahead of his time on the corner three and threes in general.
Ferry was good no doubt but that’s still back in the day scouts can’t tell the difference between team success and individual dominance. Back then teams would routinely draft big names from big schools that win big and ignore players who have the physical tools to succeed in the league.
Ferry refused to sign with the clippers forcing them to trade him. Eventually went to the cavs for Harper. I forgot if he did hold out or threatened to hold out and play in Europe. Worked out great for the cavs as Harper was really good.
that's awesome
