Why would the Republicans vote for him on the second ballot? They hate him. If he doesn't get it on the first ballot from having the 1237+ delegates won in primaries and caucuses everyone's going to bail on him. Isn't that pretty much the Republican plan for the nomination? Hope Kasich wins Ohio, hope Rubio wins Florida, hope Cruz takes Missouri, and deny him the 1237 delegates? Then in their first vote they can follow the state laws and have the delegates vote for whoever won in their district, but in the second and beyond they're free to switch when there is no winner.
No worse than 2014 being the hottest year on record (until 2015) with a 38% chance...
