Pop is a goat coach but he is pretty bad historically at micro-managing...which isnt really good to begin with in pro basketball. Rick Carlisle towers over Pop and every other coach when it comes to micro-managing. We lack rhythm in large part because pop makes decisions that doesn't allow us to establish or maintain it.

I'm talking about playoffs, not regular season. Last season's team showed more heart in the playoffs. They'd be up big in Memphis against this current Memphis team if they were playing them tonight instead of whoever the we have out there right now. Last year's team had a superior Tim Duncan.
