Fisher shot .372 FG and .263 3P against the Spurs in 2012.
They didn't need Fisher in 2012, they had HarDone coming off the bench. It was in Gm 1 of 2014 where he abused Patty in the 1st half & folks were ting in their pants.

I was just exaggerating but I remember hitting some rainbow shot either game one or two when we could of ran away from the game, and game five and six when he hit some big 3's in the corner. I was at three of those four games and made me cringe every time he shot.

I also won't forget Splitter getting intimidated by Fisher guarding him in the post

I've noticed that also, he doesn't seem like he cares anymore or he's not happy with something out there.
He's pouting like Dwight b/c he wants more "touches":

Serge Ibaka Sends Subtle Message to Russell Westbrook: "eight minutes and you don't touch the ball ..."

Ibaka was Draymond Green levels of taunting before. Seriously, he must have quit mentally.

He's probably jealous of the new guy (Kanter) getting all the touches while playing zero defense.

I remember that , it was embarrassing. If only Splitter knew how to shoot free throws that year, he could of been useful in that series. He couldn't make crap when they were hacking him on purpose.

Must be...but what can westbrook and Durant do? Its pretty obvious kanter is a significantly more talented offensive player. Westbrook and Durant get better opportunuties maybe with kanter as the roll man.

Ibaka seems to be one of the most likeable guys on that team this year for once. I hope that entire bench will look like they're crying when they're about to be eliminated. They had too much fun this series for 3 out of their 5 games being really compe ive.

Actually didnt even think about ibakas lack of compe ivness. Hes not even jumping and challenging some shots he normally does. Great win for San antonio if hes not happy.

“I’m gonna tell you the truth, it’s hard sometimes when you play hard, you play you’re (butt off),” Ibaka swore, before apologizing and rephrasing. “You play so hard on defense, then you come to offense and you’re going to be out there in the corner for 4, 5, 6, sometimes 8 minutes and you don’t touch the ball. We human, man. It’s hard.”

Ibaka should go to the Spurs when he's a free agent, tbh.

Why do you hate your own kind. Hes arguble the most talented turk player right now. Whats hi political affiliation?
he is member of gulen movement ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/G%C3%BClen_movement ) which are one of the most son of a organization in world. this is not the only reason, he tweeted "hahahahahaha" when turkish national basketball team was defeated for ex. he was following 50k porn stars on twitter then one day suddenly started to make islamic propaganda. any side of people in turkey from diffirent perspective hate gulen movement.

gulen members see fethullah gulen nearly as prophet and he can make the members whatever he want them to do. too dangerous.

and also i dont like his play. no defense.

Even Ibaka is frustrated he can't touch the ball because of KD and Westbrook. Westbrook should get him involved more. Too bad because Ibaka looks uninterested most of the time. Ibaka used to be a beast on defense but after his injuries and surgery he isn't the same.

Ibaka is whinning. Why not develop something other than a jumpshot? It's not like he can post up or face up and drive. He's limited to dump off dunks and 15 foot jumpers. He stands in the corner because his best offensive move is to shoot a jumper.

you are right, like a magic spell was lifted, the Spurs were no longer intimidated by him and that changed everything.

    What surgeries has he had?
Ibaka had knee surgery in the 2014 off season, after the cheap shot by Chris Paul took him out of the first two playoff games against the Spurs that year. Very mysterious, because there STILL has never been any information as to whether it was an ACL or MCL or what, or who did the surgery.

But it seems to me his problems are mental (I've chalked it up to the breakup with Keri Hilson). He doesn't like spotting up in the corner on offense, and he lets it effect his entire game. I don't think it's physical, because he has flashes, or halves of games or every other game where he's all over the place blocking shots and dunking and shooting that sweet 15 foot jumper...... and then he is totally disengaged and invisible for halves or full games (like game 5 against Dallas last night).

But Serge is the key to the Thunder's chances to beat the Spurs, IMO. He is just SOOOOO inconsistent.

I think we should play small with Duncan coming on to defend Anus Cancer.
