That's good, but it brings up a good question. Assuming a chick like thay doesn't go to jail, what exactly is the 14-year-old's responsibility? Does he have to pay child support? Does he start when he turns 18? Do his parents have to pay if the kid wants to be a part of the baby's life? Is he exempt because he was a "victim" of a crime?
