Solution seems to be the same one they have for black crime; publicize how bad it is then chalk it up to being liberals fault and call it day. Like the Orlando shooting and the guy on the college campus last time had no contact with Isis directly and just got radicalized online. how you gonna stop with that? Crime has been going down overall in major cities nationwide anyway especially compared to the 1970s and 80s. Chicago is horrible tho which is why everyone who plays it up focuses on it when you point that out so that way they can ignore every other major city.
