My God this guy is dense, wow~
Here's what you do. Cut out all processed sugars. Try to go easy on processed grains. I would say eliminate them but it's hard unless you live on your own. Don't worry about having cheese a few times a week. Even with some chips.
After a couple of weeks, go ahead and splurge on desserts once in a while.
My God this guy is dense, wow~
Are you kidding? A chance for him to watch two men grope each other, put their faces in another man's crotch and get behind the other guy like he is about to "mount" him?
That is one area that I believe he knows the history of.
Just giving him the option of listening to someone who has run a 200m in world class time (by your admission). Or he can listen to someone who likes to make lists.
He can talk to a body builder like myself who understands dieting or some clown too stupid to figure out no MIDDLE SCHOOL KID IN HISTORY AND MOST OLYMPIANS...can;'t run a 20.00.
Stupid, there will be somebody in that Rio Olympic 200m final that won't break 20.00.
You really are re ed.
Actually a middle schooler has posted a much faster time. I hadn't done much research on it until now but I found that Kelby Nixon ran a 15.4. So it really beats the out of my 20 and explains why ESPN wasn't trying to find me.

Junior Razon Ailing and freshman Avante Powell-Poole also scored victories for the Blue Devils...
It's like real life
We're going to be easy pickins' when the aliens come.
Yes brother, sugars and carbs be my enemy. If I can stick to just having cream in my coffee in the morning and a couple beers maybe twice a month, I'll be on my way
...the white bread has to go. Tortillas... . well...I want a flat stomach. So it's gonna be tough at first. Maybe one taco a week.
If there was any doubt left as to who really is the ST track and field expert this just sealed the deal..................WOW~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
And then there were two. Is this now TrackandField.com?
U guys realize we had an actual measuring contest on this site once. Spurs woman was the judge. I think Gig beat out back to basics by a head...lol
Dummy, these are the fastest 200m times ever ran, ok?

To not know a 15.4 is impossible says it all about just little ya know about this stuff.
The curent WORLD RECORD
Little man, a 15.4, hahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
STOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPEEEEEEEEEEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD DDDDDDDD
You don't know that. In all of his practice, you don't Usain Bolt might have ran faster than that or faster than some of those? Point being that all of those seem to be from sanctioned track meets. I'm sure some dude in LA has run a faster 200 and it just wasn't timed.
Little people, it works like this.
A sprinter will run the 200m in about a time that is double his 100m PR.
Bolt ran a 19.19.
His 100m PR...9.58
So it's 9.58 + 9.58 equals 19.16. Yep, close.
That 9.58 is the curent world record.
Now think just a little bit moron, ok? In order to run a 15.4 howfast would his 100m have to be?
I really am surrounded by idiots.
Are you really this far gone? Don't you understand any of this ar all?
Dummy, I always knew you were dumb but I had no idea you were a total idiot. Stupid, nobody ever guns it in practice for fear of injury, ok moron?

2003* - Adam Fretwell's 7045 points in the decathlon was set using heavier international junior
implements and his 100 and 110 hurdle marks were aided by winds over the 2.0 m/s allowed by
high school rules. However, the wind was legal under USATF rules which allows for 4.0 m/s
wind in multi-events. Unfortunately, high school rules do not specifically address multi-events.

Rueben Reina still holds the city record for the mile 4:02 and his older brother Randy 4:04 or right around there. Both went to Arkansas. Both also got close to the 3200m record for the State. They held it for a while I believe.
