I venture to guess that a certain non-top-10 all timer will also miss out on this list

Not even Bird's best regular season tbh ...but he had some truly badass moments. Still a bit overrated though

This list lost credibility when they included a season that only happened because an entire race was told to take it easy on a certain player.

I might've went with 87; but it's only a marginal difference. And over-rated my ass.

Magic has the 4th spot not sure i agree but he was a bad ass mf that year too i think he was mvp worthy (even though jordan averaged 37) but love that this hack does recognize 1987 as one of the best teams ever. He called Showtime the Nash era Suns if they played defense and won les ...

You niccas and your lists ...why is this hacks list any better or worse than Harlem's, Amb's or mine?

    I'll boil it down:

    Kobe 5
    The bag 5*

    Aha,a two entry list!

Because those guys get a bigger audience and are "pros" while we are amateurs. We can still argue over it day after day, but at the end of the day, it's all about reputation on these things.

That said, Magic at 4 is a little high, I still think Bird has a higher peak than Magic did, but Magic was good for longer. If it wasn't for HIV, I think Magic would play well into the mid 90s, but then the Lakers would never have gotten Shaq.

Really stupid ing list. Comparing seasons from completely different eras trying to come up with a top ten is a giant waste of time.

Like all of these "all-time lists" (movies, music, sports etc), individuals from the writers' respective childhoods get the tremendous advantage of nostalgia.

Steph Curry just had a 50/40/90, a 31 PER, 18 WS season all while hitting 400 three pointers and wont even get an honorable mention.
