Is that what o did? Serious question. I've heard the analyst say they SHOULD run, but I personally haven't heard o come out and say they're going to run.
Then don't come out BEFORE the first pitch of the WS and state you're going to run at will. He either lied, or, failed in the application.

That was the story from o. Media pounded it out several times. I have to admit I never actually saw him say it, but, it seemed legit.
He must've been talking about running at will on Lester exclusively, but Grandpa Rossy was able to come up with a big gun down there as well.
It's official, Schwarbs available as a PH only.
I just can't imagine o beating his chest about how the Indians were going to run wild on Jon Lester or anyone else. Just isn't his style.
I may have jumped to a conclusion there, but, it seemed comprehensive, not just to include Lester. Like it was intimated that unlike the Dodgers he was going to run and run on everybody, not just talk, but, action.
It was certainly discussed. It's just tough to call your shot because so much is dictated by the cir stances of the game itself.
Who do you prognosticators have taking Game 3?
Chicago.
It'll be a miracle if it returns to Cleveland.
Cubs. I just hope the Indians can steal a game in Chicago so we can take this thing back to Cleveland.
Kluber will win game 4 and ensure another game in Cleveland. I expect o to run mercilessly on Lester, who I think is due for a big meltdown. But as Thread said, he needs to follow through with it.
But again, this is baseball, where the choke factor plays a much larger role than in any other sport, so tonight's game isn't in the books yet. Anything can happen.
Edit. Kluber will be facing Lackey in Game 4. This actually works in the Indians' favor. Kluber/Indians will be favored in that game. Win that and then it's Lester in Game 5. Lester is one of the all time great post-season pitchers, but I think the baserunning shenanigans are getting to him and could prompt him into a collapse.

By Jon's standards, game 1 does, in fact, count as a meltdown. I expect him to be sharper next start.
The Tribe are off to a great start!
That ought to make em think twice about their running wild plan.
Hendricks living dangerously by dodging dem bullets. Needs to go back to simply disarming the hitters.
Terrible call there, let's see if Cubbies take advantage.
Tribe with the perfect mixture of patience and aggressiveness against The Professor.
You can only play with fire so long before you get burned, Cubbies about to learn just that.
Is Bill Murray having a stroke?
Indians on the board!
Big spot here for Cleveland. If they get this out and close this game with a win, it might just kill the Cubs.
3 outs left and they cleared Bryant.
Nothing I've seen this year leads me to believe that Cubs will throw in the towel should they lose this one, absolutely nothing.
