ORL's strategy cant be clearer. Take the ball and go against Rique.
This team has only played one really good quarter at home all season long (2nd q vs Utah)...
ORL's strategy cant be clearer. Take the ball and go against Rique.
you can't make this up...
ORL is not some awful defensive team. So it should not be a surprise this is a bit of a grind it out game. The real and only major issue is turnovers. ORL sucks at scoring and the only way they get enough points to keep up is points off of TO's. They have 10 points off of TO's already.
But let's blame Kawhi![]()
Porker is useless against teams w/ elite shot blockers especially his daddy Ibaka & Danny can't get uncontested 3s unless Porker is rolling.
His misses have led to easy buckets by Orlando, he's making bad passes that lead to bad offensive possessions, and his primary cover on defense is a mediocre player (currently) to begin with. Absolutely no reason for him to have one rebound and no assists thus far.
Or to go right at Enrique's defense. It's working so far.
The defense has been fine. Stop it.
Back court is pretty awful too. Plenty of blame to go around.
I will give you the rebounds but he has had the ball less then LMA, Gasol, and TP so far this game...
Oh my. Spurs look like complete and utter garbage yet again.
It's inexcusable to be losing to this team at home. Bad, bad half right there.
Tony having a bad game too...
/sigh
I'm going to sleep. Peace guys.![]()
At least the bench play was inspiring.
Spurs aren't running anything. That's on Pop.
Actually nobodies offense looks like anything other than crap this game so far. Might need to lean on LMAlpha
He's had the ball plenty, but instead of making things happen he's settling for bad shots (he's made half of them to be fair), turning it over, or giving it to Porker/Gasol with little time to do anything. He needs to be more decisive and aggressive at attacking the rim.
This too.
The crowd looks even worse.....
lol that Pau post-up out of lockeroom![]()
