This stretch he had played so little... mostly garbage time really that the bulk of his minutes overall were still at the 2.

Yeah, mostly. I said 2, but he's spending time as a 3, too.
It's not that he can't put the ball on the floor. But his height and lack of quickness just make him a target to get stripped a lot. When he has some space to operate, he can make the right pass and get teammates good shots. But dribbling into traffic is just not going to come out good for him often.
He's not Diaw - I'm not saying that. But he could be used in some of the same ways. If he got a little stronger, and put in some work learning how to back down a defender? I still think he could earn those minutes.
Wow... Evan Turner -24... he's still keeping that campaign for worst FA signing.
Thank
You for sharing that. Puts in ink how lucky we are to have a team that is so good...
While also being down double digits in most of them I bet
I agree. Idk if he goes that route, cause ultimately it's on him as a player to try to expand his game a bit, and it can be tough to change, especially your body type.
He would still battle for minutes with Lee (and idk if he'd win that unless his shot becomes great) but he'd probably get a couple more mins.
agreed. Tho people will still want perfection every night.
Maybe, lol. But it's not the worst thing in the world. Still lots of time to go before the real season starts.
He will be getting a 70mill contract courtesy of Neil Olshey this summer
Allen ing Crabbe
Evan Turner was worse than Crabbe I think....
The Spurs got off to a terrible start, and they really didn't get their feet under them until the end of the second quarter. In fact, they were still down by double digits with 4 minutes left in the half, when Portland basically quit scoring. I shudder to think how bad that first half could have been with Lillard slashing through the Spurs' defense. I'm glad the Spurs won, and that they have been able to overcome early deficits. But they really have to get this first quarter bull under control.
SPUUUUURSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS win!!!!
Yes my thoughts entirely. The 1st quarter woes and comebacks are not sustainable and will be harder to overcome with better compe ion.
And this of course!!
