Has to play Westbrick deep into garbage time.
Reneged with Orlando when he realized he'd be a .500 coach coaching grown men and not have his cushy 4 star recruit kids job at Florida.
Came to OKC thinking he'd have two of the top 5 players and would be getting pro rings to add to his college rings "legacy"
Visions of being an all-time great coach fading.
An afterthought now that he's not coaching a stacked team.
Couldn't do it with two superstars; sure as ain't gonna win it all with only one.
Choked a 3-1 WCF.
Has to play Westbrick deep into garbage time.
He also ended Duncan's career i saiddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd dddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd ddddddddddddddddd
Daaaaaamn
Refs ended Duncan's career. Other than going out with the trophy, probably not a more fitting way, tbh.
At forty yrs old...in a playoff game.
with HCA against a heavy underdog
A favorite in a playoff series at 40 against two 28 yr olds in their prime.
Thanks for bringing that up!
Droppin' nukes!
Oh so the Spurs weren't heavy favorites? Sorry your young guns were shut down by Roberson, Adams, and Kanter
Wouldn't say the spurs were “heavy” favorites tbh...plenty of people called the thunder upset
No, im saying that a 40 yr old having his team as the favorites in a playoff series against two superstars in their prime is pretty damn impressive for that 40 yr old.
And you bring up another good point, it was his young guns that let him down. Man you are on fire!
It's Hiroshima up in this .
This tbh. The writing was on the wall last year for a loss to the Thunder, and it's on the wall this year.
