He's no doubt helping him big time here. Where is that money going? PA is a little too close for comfort so maybe he's dumping everything there and in Florida.
This is codeword for "I don't understand statistics or how polling works".
Methodology does matter, and that's why polls need to be scrutinized. Polls that don't include methodology information or have a flawed methodology certainly can be weighted less or discarded.
But otherwise, if we agree that 2016 was an aberration, then we're also agreeing that polling in general has been fairly spot on.
