is Trump hoping that getting a few foreign policy Pyrrhic Victories declaring peace between countries that weren’t at war will make Murica forget about how much of a disaster things are here?
you can tell even Qhris doesn't believe it.

Should felons who served their time be allowed to vote?
Prisons don't rehabiliatate them. I've talked to prison guards and have been told that like 80% of these people end up repeat offenders and are back behind the walls.

So not a fan of letting them vote, no.

AG Barr fabricates new rule to deny Congress access to Justice Department witnesses

Grousing that Democrats had been "scolding and insulting" during Barr’s last appearance before the House Judiciary Committee,

    the Justice Department is now
declining to make witnesses available from the department’s

    Civil Division,

    the Bureau of Prisons, and

    the U.S. Marshals Service.

The true and tried republican way. Repress the other side by any means necessary.

And some have the balls to complain about tactics used by Bloomberg. Hilarious

You guys know good and well they will vote democrat because they want free stuff. A high percentage will offer nothing but trouble to society. Shedding 0 tears over their 'rights'.

Now if it could be somehow proven they were actually rehabilitated and productive members of society for a while, then in those cases, maybe it should be considered. But what is the science on that? Who determines it and what critieria is used.

Non-felon voters in Florida passed a cons utional amendment giving felons the right to vote 65% to 35%. You agree with the governor and state legislature creating road blocks that go against what 2/3rds of the state voted in favor of?

If every vote counts in America, the Republican Party would be toast.

65% of Florida (not including felons) voted in favor of giving felons the right to vote, that’s bipartisan agreement. Ignoring my opinion or your opinion, what business do the governor and state legislature have trying to get in the way of a ballot initiative that passed with nearly 2/3rds support? Aren’t they supposed to represent the voters?

Seriously. Says there is no science behind their rehabilitation but I'm going to go ahead and determine they're pieces of who shouldn't be able to vote.

Trumpsters are just the worse kind of re s.

That’s not even playing dirty. They shouldn’t need to pay fines to vote in the first place.

I don’t understand the argument against letting felons vote....they’re Americans and if anyone should understand that it’s republicans.

What if 65% of Floridians said no masks? Risking everyone else's life because...my body, my choice.

Wouldn't happen in Florida, but could in other states like, say, Alabama. I would hope their representation would do the right thing there as well.

If the issues is important enough to Floridians, then they vote said representation out of office.

If they say they're in citizen militias to protect property somewhere, why not?
