Palm Beach officials prepare extradition plans ahead of possible Trump indictment: report

But an “obscure clause” in Florida law may give Gov. Ron DeSantis, a Trump loyalist, the power to intervene

Palm Beach Country Prosecutor Explains Why DeSantis Can’t Protect Trump From Extradition

Palm Beach County State Attorney Dave Aronberg says that

the governor doesn’t have the power to protect Trump.

    Aronberg responded:

    “I can clear that up.

We have not had conversations with prosecutors in New York about this.

The story you saw was with the clerk of court and other officials in case an indictment happens.

There was a story in the New Yorker some time ago that said there are rumors that the governor of Florida would try to stand in the way of an extradition to New York.

What is the governor’s power? It’s really nonexistent.

He can try to delay it but his role is ministerial.

The state of New York can go to court and get an order to extradite the former president but DeSantis can delay matters.”

if Trump was protected from extradition he would be unable to leave the state of Florida.

Justice Is Coming As Homeland Security Chair Wants Trump Testify Before 1/6 Commission

“Well, I would hope they try to get anyone who they want, including former president Trump.

he invited many of the people who broke into the capitol to Washington on that day.

    He said come to Washington.

    It’s going to be wild.

We need to get from him what coming to Washington being wild was all about.”

he can’t hide behind the presidency to avoid testifying.

The 1/6 Commission will have subpoena power,

the commission will be based on the 9/11 Commission, and

the bill prohibits current government officials or employees from serving,

so there won’t be any House or Senate Republicans to block a potential subpoena of Trump or other figures from his administration.

Well, I mean, they totally should immigrate. The question is where? Poland-based?

Texas is a just a matter of time, Florida has been back and forth already. And let's be real, nobody wants to live in Mississippi, Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, etc...

Why did Trump issue this bizarre military memo in the final days of his presidency?

Trump issued a bizarre memo days after he lost the election that his interim defense secretary ignored.

The ousted president signed a one-page memo

without the knowledge of White House counsel Pat Cipollone or national security adviser Robert O'Brien

    directing then-Defense secretary Christopher Miller

to withdraw troops from Afghanistan, Africa, Germany, Iraq and Syria,

Miller himself was astonished when the memo landed on his desk two days later, on Nov. 11, and

top military brass were appalled when news of the order traveled through the Pentagon

Rudy Giuliani is desperately begging Trump to help as feds close in -- and is being ignored

    attorney

    Rudy Giuliani
    ,

who was a central figure in two separate scandals that twice resulted in
    former President Donald Trump's impeachment,

is reportedly being ignored as he begs his one-time boss for help.

Giuliani and his allies have been sending frantic pleas for help after the FBI raided the former New York mayor's apartment earlier this spring.

Trump, however, has refused to come to Giuliani's rescue,

which has led to "simmering frustrations"

    among Giuliani's allies.

Because why should our children go and then return to us thru Dover, AFB, while (THEIR) children sit it out? Germany for instance: for Christ sake, Hitler is gone now 75+ years yet these s still ain't allowed to send their children to fight wars and come back dead. Same with Japan. A Sunday morning wake-up call 80 years ago we still won't give 'em permission to send their children to the slaughter. A soft seat for them.

Because Iraq, Syria and Africa are holes like Trump said day 1 right after he moved into the White House even though Madonna had just threatened to blow it up. They are holes and always will be holes.

Trump's lame-duck Pentagon was reportedly total chaos

The Pentagon was mired in chaos between former President Donald Trump's defeat Nov. 3 and his departure from office Jan. 20,

After his loss, Trump fired Defense Secretary Mark Esper and named Christopher Miller as acting secretary, and

his personnel director Johnny McEntee continued the purge of Pentagon leadership,

installing loyalists to "steamroll the generals and

extract America from its foreign engagements." on orders from Pootin!

"the situation inside the senior levels of the Trump administration was also growing more fraught.

The tension between the civilian leadership of the Pentagon and the generals was as bad as it had been in living memory."

Pushback to Trump from within his own party slowly grows louder as his 'unhinged' rantings lead to a bizarre scene

The Republican Party is finding itself increasingly fractured as more members of the GOP disavow Donald Trump despite concerns within the party that it cannot survive without him.

Biden has released his tax returns.

he is a private citizen he doesn’t need to do this, Trump started a great tradition of making sure no one would understand how a bungling businessman uses lawyers and accountants to hide his money.

Investigation of Trump Organization now exploring possible criminal conduct

New York Attorney General Le ia James’s

investigation into the Trump Organization is now considered a criminal matter,

James’s office said Tuesday night, noting that

officials with the former president’s company were recently apprised of the development.

“We have informed the Trump Organization that our investigation into the company is no longer purely civil in nature,” said Fabien Levy, a spokesperson for the attorney general’s office.

“We are now actively investigating the Trump Organization in a criminal capacity, along with the Manhattan DA. We have no additional comment at this time.”

Precisely. All she had to do was disappear.
