    I get what you're saying, but it's not a wise move at all. Taking the fifth in a civil case is always taken as an admission of liability. It would have been better for Trump to perjure himself in a hard to prove lie than take the fifth.

    Wise legal advice would have been to settle and avoid sitting for a deposition where your choices are taking the fifth vs. perjury.
