I've owned a NutriBullet for years, Works way better than a blender and hasn't even shown any signs of breaking since 2015 when I bought it, all I've needed to replace are the cups and the blades.
Regarding Amish - here's north of 80,000 Amish/Mennonite in Pennsylvania, so it's not an entirely irrelevant vote(and that was the number I saw a while ago, it's probably higher now since they breed like jack rabbits).
