TRUMP RAGES ABOUT NOT BEING ABLE TO DO “WHATEVER HE WANTS” TO THE FED
What’s the fun in being president if you don’t have dictator-style control over the economy.
Trump continued his attack on the Fed,
whining that it doesn’t listen to him and
bemoaning the fact that Chinese president Xi Jinping gets to do whatever he pleases with his economy.
“The head of the Fed in China is President Xi,” Trump fumed during a phone interview.
“He can do whatever he wants.
They devalue.
They loosen [monetary policy to counteract tariffs].…
They have for years.
It’s put them at a tremendous advantage.
We don’t have that advantage because we have a Fed that doesn’t lower interest rates.”
Not only that, but we have a bunch of Fed officials who don’t get that Trump has more economic knowledge in his “gut”
than they have in their egghead brains.
“They haven’t listened to me,” the president ranted,
saying it’s not just Powell who’s “made a big mistake”
but the entire Fed Board, who, despite the fact that he appointed 80 percent of them, are not his “people.”

oh so if you do some good things, then you have full immunity from any wrongdoing. got it.
lol TSA talking now
What agreement?
Shouldn't that 'agreement" be a part of the public record? Trumpsarancy is sooooooo not us...
Basically, the previous round of negotiation is being rewarmed as a new dish.
It isn't, but DJT stans are either dumb enough or willfully blind enough to overlook it.
This needs to be posted here too
Awesome.....
Why Trump has to win the 2020 election
If he loses, he could well end up in jail.
There is an idea growing in popular distribution, perhaps myth as much as aspiration, that Donald Trump can be—or is likely to be—prosecuted if he is not re-elected president next year.
The idea is that all the prohibitions against prosecuting a sitting president would fall away if he is out of office and that any competent federal prosecutor ought to be able to pick up the pieces of the Mueller Report, follow the bread crumbs and file a slew of criminal charges.
Plus, the semi-independent Southern District of New York prosecutors and In Eastern Virginia might well act on cases tangential to the obstruction of justice cases outlined by Mueller, including those that came about through Michael Cohen and others discussing attempts to hide payments to women with whom Trump had affairs.
“the outlines of a potential civilian prosecution of a former president Trump are already emerging.
While there are reports of tax dodges, illegal campaign contributions, and improper foreign contributions to his inaugural committee—among other things—investigations into those claims are ongoing.
There is, however, an overwhelming case that the president engaged in obstruction of justice—his effort to stop the special counsel’s office from probing his campaign’s ties to Russia.”
Mueller himself made clear himself that his detailed report was intended, in part, to “preserve the evidence” because “a President does not have immunity after he leaves office.”
Three Strong Potential Charges
Three of those potential charges are strong enough that more than 1,000 former federal prosecutors signed a letter stating that Trump would be indicted if he were not the president.
1. Those involve Trump’s attempts to fire Mueller to stop the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 elections and any possible conspiracy with the Trump campaign.
2. Then there are the New York cases, both federal and state.
3. There is also the possibility that Trump’s non-cooperation with Congress is also building a legal case against him.
Should Trump win re-election, there is a five-year federal statute of limitations applies to obstruction of justice.
If he did not leave office until 2025, Trump will be two years beyond the obstruction incidents.

Trash's joke candidacy was only a path to building his brand.
He never expected to win. Melanie actually cried when he won, not from joy, I would expect.
Winning and his anti-Presidential behavior spawned many investigations that will land him in prison
I will LAUGH at his joke
Another loss for Trash and Leonard Leo
GOP Senators force Trump nominee to withdraw because he didn’t give Catholics extra rights to discriminate against gays
Michael Bogren on Tuesday withdrew his nomination to become a District Judge on the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan
after being attacked by several Republican Senators who accused him of
anti-religious bigotry and
suggested he did not hate gay people enough.
the Family Research Council, along with two far right organizations,
the Catholic League and
the Judicial Crisis Network,
urged President Donald Trump to pull Bogren’s nomination.
Michael Bogren ... wrote in a legal brief that
“there can be no cons utionally sound argument that sincerely held religious beliefs
would permit a secular business to avoid the prohibitions against racial discrimination or gender discrimination found in federal, state and local laws.”
He is correct, legally and morally.
Which is why the religious right waged war against his nomination.

Hope Hicks Agrees To Testify As Trump’s Stonewall Begins To Crack
Nadler:
“Today, I am pleased to announce Hope Hicks will appear before the Committee for a transcribed interview.
It is important to hear from Ms. Hicks, who was a key witness for the Special Counsel.
Ms. Hicks understands that the Committee will be free to pose questions as it sees fit,
including about her time on the Trump Campaign and her time in the White House.
Should there be a privilege or other objection regarding any question,
we will attempt to resolve any disagreement while reserving our right to take any and all measures in response to unfounded privilege assertions.
We look forward to her testimony and plan to make the transcript promptly available to the public.”

Former Trump executive issues a dire warning: Trump could turn on Bill Barr at any moment
a 1992 interview in which Trump lamented that he’s “almost loyal to a fault,” which is why when someone is loyal to him he “looks on it like a great act of horror.”
Trump has proven that he has very little loyalty to those who were willing to give up everything for him.
“He’s not loyal,” she continued. “He’s loyal when he needs you.”
Trump would often sue people first when he heard that they were thinking of using him.
Bill Barr as his example, saying that Barr has become his “Roy Cohn,” willing to do anything and everything.
After Barr’s actions have drawn criticism from both sides of the aisle, it could mean a difficult transition for him after the White House.

Hundreds of religious leaders demand Trump and his enablers ‘repent of their sins’ — right outside of the White House

They been supporting Trash and his "sins" for years, but now they demand repentance so they can, as they do with their sinning pastors, forget like nothing happened, and of course, no accountability, no punishment.
