but the end result is the same, Flynn no longer having a guilty plea. yesterday the judge asked him if he wanted to change his guilty plea. he said no
Rick Wilson got it wrong. It was the non-release of the original 302's which would mean Mueller suppressed evidence that was possibly conducive to Flynn.
