Not the most difficult call ever.

Not the most difficult call ever.
Flynn being an undeclared agent of Turkey also falls into that category, uncharged conduct. Presumably all that will be pardoned as well.
pardon by tweet
so much for Flynn being innocent...
only a CRIMINAL needs to be pardoned.
Doesn't matter. His professional career is over, he only has being a maga grifting prop left in his life. Nobody in uniform defends him because they know what the he did.
trump left him out to dry for years, forcing Flynn to sell his house for legal fees only to pardon him now
Flynn will make it all back and then some doing the conservative lecture circuit. In the Trumpian world he's a hero, patriot and most importantly victim of liberal persecution.
Oh, and a book. There's going to be a book.
Yeah, a grifter's life. It's meaningless and subservient, never said there wasn't a lot of money in it. But he is covered in kryptonite and will never be confirmed to another government post where he spent his whole life.

Former federal prosecutor says judge could void Trump’s pardon for Flynn —
here’s how
“Just as Judge Emmet Sullivan refused to grant Barr’s corrupt motion to dismiss,
I hope Judge [Emmet] Sullivan sets a hearing on whether this pardon is corrupt & hence illegal/void,”
Civil Rights attorney Andrew Laufer agreed, saying that he too wants to
see how Judge Sullivan deals with the development.
“Flynn’s pardon now needs to be entered in the Court docket. Let’s see what Judge Sullivan does next,” Laufer tweeted.
“Remember, the Court isn’t a rubber stamp.
It had to approve Flynn’s plea withdrawal and
Barr’s attempt at dismissing the prosecution.”

‘The triple crown of counterintelligence concerns’:
Andrew McCabe details how Flynn concealed ‘contacts with the enemy’
McCabe outlined the seriousness of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn’s criminal offense —
and the implications of outgoing President Donald Trump’s pardon.
“It’s important to remember at one point,
Flynn was cooperating with Robert Mueller’s investigation, but he stopped.
That is unusual,”
the president appears to be trying to pardon people who were central to this Russia investigation.
Is he trying to rewrite the history of the Russia investigation through these pardons?”
“No question that the president would like to
do everything he possibly can to cut the legs out from under the conclusions in the Mueller report,
and if pardoning his friends and associates and people who could potentially expose him to who knows what kind of investigative liability down the road
is the way to secure his own future … then I’m sure we will see that.”
note that the thing about what General Flynn did,” said McCabe.
“It wasn’t just that he had historic contacts with Russians.
It wasn’t just he had current contact with the Russians, in a way, in getting the favors granted.
He then tried to conceal those contacts
from the vice president,
from the president’s chief of staff and
the White House counsel and
concealing contact with the enemy, that is like the triple crown of counterintelligence concerns.

A Pardon is an admission that CRIMES were committed.
A Pardon of ANY of Trumps cabinet/campaign criminals is an admission that Trump was also involved in those crimes because those pardoned criminals were caught lying to protect Trump from prosecution.
TSA
last batch of Mueller 302s released:
https://www.buzzfeednews.com/article...-mueller-probeWith this latest round of do ents, the Justice Department’s production of 302s is complete and comes to a close. The government is still obliged by court order to turn over other related do ents, including emails, letters, and memos, which were gathered as part of the probe, along with FBI agents' handwritten notes. Those are expected to be released on a rolling basis beginning early next year.
Doubt it.
(I posted specifically for TSA, who has a number of conspiracies depending on the 302s)

Flynn Tells Us Who He Is Again
Flynn endorsed a call for President Trump to suspend the cons ution and declare martial law.
It came in a tweet in which Flynn tweeted and endorsed a manifesto calling on President
“to immediately declare a limited form of Martial Law and
temporarily suspend the Cons ution and
civilian control of these federal elections
for the sole purpose of having the military oversee a national re-vote.”
In a democracy, this is essentially sedition, a call to overthrow the state.
In 2015 and 2016 we saw in Gen. Flynn
a man of extraordinarily bad and reckless government
married to vast personal, venal corruption.
Here he shows us again this is who he is and remains.

To whom were you responding?
Great, Barr gave Durham a do over after he failed to deliver the goods in time to help Trump win the election.
Best of luck, I know you've got a lot riding on it!
Aren't Special Counsel supposed to come from outside the DOJ by definition?
