Yeah we actually talked about this not too long ago ITT. I agree on Fallout 2 for nostalgic reasons and I love turn based strategy games, but New Vegas was a masterpiece for me.

man, after getting ahold of the mechs, Just Cause 3 is one of the better, more fun and entertaining games ive played for awhile. cant believe it took me so long, when it first came out i played it and thought it was meh. But if you want to just blow up and cause havoc, not much better than that this.
The next couple of months are going to rape my wallet.
God of War this month and Detroit Become Human next month.
The two new games I'm most excited about buying are God of War and Yakuza 6, but I doubt I'll buy either before I find them somewhere for $30 since I have Yakuza 1-5 and God of War 2 & 3 to play first. I may not buy anything until October when Red Dead Redemption 2 hopefully comes out. God Yakuza 0 is filled with ridiculous missions. There was one where this Chinese hooker was complaining that her pimp stole her bassport and so she needed a bizza to work in Japan, to which the main character responds by grabbing her a pizza instead of the visa she needed.
CROFL there is a mission where you have to buy a porno mag out of a vending machine for a little kid who wants it while sneaking past judgmental Japanese women. Then he tells the kid not to hide the porno mag under his bed.
The game actually runs really well for me, it's just the CPU heavy sections of huge cities like Alexandria that ever drop me below 60 FPS..
