The Spurs won't play them in round 2. The Clippers at worst can only fall to the 5th seed. The only way the Spurs play the clippers is if they pull off a major upset against the Warriors.

The best the clippers can do now is get the 4th seed and the worst they can do is end up with 5th seed. They are not ever going to play the spurs in the playoffs unless they pull off a major upset against the Warriors in round 2.
