Kings have never been the same since. Daddy, Kobe and Co. drove that franchise into the ground, similar to what dallas did to us tbh.
So Kobe drove two franchises to the ground. One of them twice.

Yep, couldn't look at Dirk sideways that series without him getting 2 freebies. Manu going full re didn't help. Then Duncan layed an egg in overtime. That Spurs team was loaded too

rofl it's funny how spurfan is trying to tie together the 2002 WCF to the 2006 series against the Mavs. They completely choked in OT against the mighty Devin Harris Stockton and Desagna Diop Chamberlain.

    - in game 4 the Kings allowed L.A to make a comeback and that idiot Divac had to tap the ball to the wrong guy
Samaki Walker's half court three counted that he released long after the buzzer. It should've been 3-1 and series over.

I don't give the Lakers 2002. Even by NBA standards, that was a hatchet job.

Scott Pollard was fouled out on some BS calls IIRC, holding his hands up. Just one of many things about that game. The NBA clearly wanted a 7-game series.
Vlade fouling out in game 7 was also bs. Granted he could not stop Shaq but he was the best defender they had to put on Shaq and the only one who could put up some resistance to Shaq on the defensive end. He was also a great play maker. Whenever he was not on the floor the Kings would fall apart when Shaq went on his dominant runs.
