Time to recognize it.
Time to recognize it.
No. He won't.
Basically no Christmas Day game and the season starts Oct 18th at home against the TWolves.

Hmmm, no Christmas game means we don't have a compelling rivalry with another team.
Don't criticize it.
Will probably go to some ty teams in a big market like Knicks, Bulls, or Lakers.
Can't wait to see 30 national Bulls games again as ESPN and TNT still try to pretend like they are still relevant.![]()
Color me apathetic (which is what, a dull gray?) about the lack of a Christmas game. It was annoyed as last year having to deal with family, the Spurs and Ravens last year.
True story. When was the last time the Spurs won a Christmas game...Roger Mason's buzzer beater vs. the Suns?
Ball immediately catapulted the Lakers into must watch TV. At least for TMZ NBA fans.
Last year.
No Spurs on Christmas this year..
Spurs probably have significantly less National TV games this year...
Lame for fans, but good for the players.
I've had to work on Christmas Day before, and it ing pissed me off. At least the guys get to spend the day with their families for once.
Pop is static.
I rather they play on New Years than Christmas tbh.
Rockets just completely took all of our spotlight.
Get the season opener against the WCF champs, which season openers usually feature the believed #1 and #2 teams in each conference (Cavs vs Celtics, Warriors vs Rockets)..
Then in Christmas:
#1 teams in each conference vs each other (Warriors vs Cavs)
Believed #2 & #3 teams in WC (Rockets vs Thunder)
Believed #2 & #3 teams in EC (Celtics vs Wizards)
Yuuuuuge middle finger from the NBA. Sucks for Kawhi and his MVP case...
I wonder how Kawhi will feel about this. Spurs cucked by media and now by the Association. He'll have no help around him while his MVP opponents got Paul George and Chris Paul. Lonzo Ball will be voted an All Star starter while he's neck and neck with Zaza Pachulia. Opening the season against Wolves infront of empty seats. Carrying scrubs only to see the credit going to Popovich. Seeing your hard worked for PPG go to at the end of the season so Poop doesn't look like he got carried by a star...
Short memory. Spurs lost to OKC and opened against GSW this past year. Typically you don't get a conference finals or finals rematch in the opener.
Spurs-Rockets has been done on Christmas already, and Harden-Westbrook is always good TV.
Who said anything about conference finals rematches? I said that the believed 1 & 2 teams of each conference usually face each other to open the season. If you've paid attention to offseason moves and national TV, the rockets are considered better than us now. That's why they got the season opener.
Kawhi vs Harden is way more exciting. Those usually end up with close games where Harden ends up getting blocked.
Poop..
Spursfans are so naive...
Just as naive as that fatso that think Whataburger everyday is perfectly fine.![]()
