    Donald Trump Jr lied about every aspect of meeting. No one should believe 'it didn't go anywhere'

    The progression of Trump Jr.'s position can be summarized like this:


    * I never represented the campaign in a meeting with a Russian.

    * Actually, I did, but the meeting was about adoption.


    * Well, the pretext of the meeting was incriminating information about Clinton, but we didn't actually get any.


    * This kind of meeting is totally normal.


    * The meeting didn't seem like such a bad idea at the time because the media wasn't focused on Russia yet.

    The one tiny nail on which Trump Jr is hanging what’s left of his story—and the only thing that’s protecting Kushner and Manafort—is

    the idea that this meeting was trivial and didn’t lead to anything else.

    Don’t believe it.

    no laws were broken
    jr released everything more then willing to do anything he can to clear it up. Has nothing to hide
    democrats on the other hand delete emails and destroy things with a hammer

    So, let's sum up.

    The Attorney General lied under oath about meeting the Russians while working for the Trump campaign.
    The former campaign manager lied about meeting and working for the Russians.
    Trump publicly called for help from the Russians with Hillary's emails in speech.
    The security advisor lied about meeting and taking money from the Russians, while his lawyer says "he has a story to tell".
    Trump Jr., who is a dumbass, admitted publicly to enthusiastically wanting help from the Russian government during the campaign and happily accepted a meeting thinking that was what was happening.

    That about sum it up? Other than the not-releasing taxes, and dozens of conflicts of interest?

    Not seen in public, but tweeted this morning about being picked on about Russia while Hillary "got away" with her emails, when Repugs fabrication of emails and Benghazi bull actually cost Hillary the election.

    Its called Democracy.
    Something we have and they don't.
    Its messy and far from perfect.
    And yet you sit there happily typing on your computer on a board you can post almost anything and still don't get it.
    Go there. Go to those authoritarian regimes. Try living under that and you will get it. You have no real clue why hardworking people from other countries want to live here, you just want them to go away.
