Just to illustrate:
Pop took charge of the front office in summer 1994.
Since then, he/RC have ultimately taken (not including players who were traded away on draft night), 10 total NCAA players in the second round (not counting Javtokas who had returned to Europe to play pro).
Those 10 players, COMBINED, played fewer games total than Nando De Colo, who only hung around the NBA as a back-up for 2 seasons.
And I mean fewer games than Nando as a Spur, not even including Toronto.
And fewer minutes than Nando his rookie year.

Good point of not having a good track record. Perhaps though, historically, the pickings have always been very slim.
