I just don't buy it. Thomas will be a free agent next year and walk if Lebron leaves. And what if Kyrie helped the Celtics beat the Cavs in the playoffs? The humiliation. I just don't see it.

Great deal for Celts if it happens. They get a young point guard to grow with their team and they don't get stuck paying Isaiah Thomas big bucks. Isaiah gets screwed in this deal.
Doubtful anything will happen. Ainge is always leaking fake news to reporters and 95% of the time the trade fails because of some bum like Terry Rozier.
Idk why Boston would want to make that trade. Isaiah is Boston imo. Dude will be a Celtic for life if they don't trade him. Would be nice to see Clev vs Bos in ECF though....

Along with Jae Crowder and potentially Jalen Brown (both great to elite defenders) while losing an awful one in Irving. Honestly this trade works out for both teams, albeit moreso for the Cavs if they also get a first.

Boston must be offering a dope pick but Thomas is only 28 giving him a higher market value than LMA. LMA is really screwing the Spurs on and off the court by playing like Sandusky's balls after a Penn State shower.

Isn't that BK pick unprotected? Cavs did alright given the cir stances. Not sure how much better Boston will be. Marginally, I guess. Cavs-Boston ECF will get more dramatic.
God damn Cleveland made away like bandits in that deal. They have better odds against GS now; still won't beat them but they have a better shot now. Don't really understand the deal for Boston, especially adding that pick they refused to trade before.
