With the exception of Bolivia, all of those are completely cucked neoliberal western countries who's armies all have low morale. Germany's military is so bad and underfunded that they train by holding broomsticks and going "pew pew pew!" instead of training with actual guns. But keep on proving my point for me. Where are the real military powers on that list, China, Russia, India, Turkey, etc? Other than the USA and France which are fading powers I don't really see any.
