Crazy how Magic actually thought it was a good idea not to trade his young talent for a proven superstar like Kawhi. Imagine if the Clippers sign Kiwi like the reports are indicating, Lebron has to be angry. he's a ty playmaker and defender, just saying.. It's staggering how bad his bad passes are, while the good ones are just passing for the wide open 3 ball. Shouldn't even be considered an assist in today's nba. As for D, i'm not surprised laker fans would consider it good, given how they were capable of talking themselves into thinking kobe's D was anything other than atrocious, but I would expect every other nba fan to know better.

Which defensive metrics are you refering to? He doesn't pass my eye test tbh, although I admit that he has improved a lot from the start of the season. (still not nba level though)
Larry Bird perhaps the best of the former-player GMs? Magic, Isaiah, Jordan, all trash.
Dumars had a decent run early and then flatlined. McHale sucked plus that Joe Smith thing. Ainge has been good but IMO pretty overrated. He took advantage of Billy King but that's easy to do.

The cap space they gained in that trade plus Kuzma is what allowed us to be able to sign Lebron and now potentially trade for AD.

He's also great at tampering, getting caught, and then failing to get the player he tampered with anyway. If he fails again with AD, I don't see how Lakerfan can still defend GM Magic on any level.
