I wouldn’t mind less Rudy Gay more Davis I will be honest. Pop isn’t going to bench his FA aquisition of the summer though. Politics in teams do exist. Best we can hope for is that Gay improves like we can hope for Patty.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Pop start force feeding Rudy in some upcoming game either.
    Emmh, what?

What does that have to do with what I was saying?

Aldridge with 22 pts on 24 shots. That beatiful Spurs game.

The blue font was in the Rudy Gay comment so I assumed you clicked on the wrong statement.

Yeah he settled for the jumpshots tonight. One of those inefficient scoring games. Did Pop micromanage to rest Gasol?

Nope. I was talking about you needing the blue font on that ElNono comment.

Kyrie Irving single-handedly won that game for Boston.

Ohhh got you. Yeah bit of humor.
I hope ElNono finds some new player to root for bc he’s going to be gone when Manu retires.
He also hates Anderson. Going to be tough when he gets paid

Blue font bc I don’t know if Spurs will work it out to retain Anderson. Hopefully they do, but one never knows.

Celtics streak about to come to an end against Dallas.
Spoke too soon. Celtics storm back and win in OT. Kyrie went off and dropped 47 efficiently. Completely took over down the stretch. Fun to watch. C's streak extends to 16 straight. Just give Brad Stevens the CoTY Award right now.

I don't see the Celtics losing for awhile tbh. Could see them running the streak to 25+ unless Kiwi is back for their matchup in SA in two weeks.

Na I think they'll lose 1 of their next 4 imo. The streak is getting up there and teams are going to be gunning for them. Probably lose to a bad team on the road on a poor shooting night. @ Detroit next week could be it too.

The thing is though these Celtics are extremely young; they won't be as prone to take games off as an older team like the Heatles/Dubs/Spurs would be. Plus they have Brad Stevens who seems to have no problems motivating them. Poor shooting nights also don't hurt them much since they rely on elite D to win.

He was pretty damn awful. Fathead was having a great game so the Spurs rode him.

Wow, ok. Thanks. Fathead is slowly earning a role on this team, isn't he?

Could be a candidate for MIP this year if he keeps it up. Won't win it since it'll go to some bigger name player, but he should be in the discussion.

Just watching the game on replay. Second busted play in as many nights that Rudy pretended he was still an above-the-rim player (if he ever was); this one to end the first half.

Kyle Anderson was the best player ... never thought I would say this ... LMA at least finished strong in the 4th. Gay really sucks right now though and sadly Murray has no impact on the game whatsoever

Far from true... Murray was a steady hand and our best times were when he was in... When they brought in Mills, the hawks usually went on runs... Murray plays good defense, and opposing point guards usually don't make a point of going at him since they won't find much success... With mills in, they take advantage...
