On a single game basis - absolutely. I think it has a little more validity as the sample size increases, but not one I pay any attention to. I think of it as an amusement stat.
Manu had one of his better games this season IMO.

Player of the game imo.
Murray doesn't know to control the pace etc....
Dijon is a little out of control now.
Eww, this unit is bleeding points.
Forbes goin off
Bill Land comparing Joff's game to Boris'.![]()
I always think every Davis shot will go in...
Murray playing some awful ball right now
Ive heard that somewhere
You are suffering from antiquated conditioning.
Dejounte is a bit out of control
yea.. it's too bad. This isn't showing Pop he's ready.
20 game losing streak coming up tbh.
Must be new coachs fault
And on the road.
Why not - it was the old coach's fault.
Nah, Grizzlies front office.
Was only able to catch garbage time and Murray was looking awful and out of sorts..
Guess the G-league beckons..smh..
As long as Spurs have a couple of guys show up, it doesn't matter if one game it's one guy and another game it's another. Kawhi really is the only one who is going to be consistent every night and LMA. That is their role. I think Pau has been consistent, but offensively he's had his off nights. Rudy and Manu were huge this game. pelotudos. Manu even made that HORSE 3
Yall should end with the sentimentality and trade Gasol..Pretty obvious Conley is the teams's MVP by a margin...
It didn't look good. I am still rooting for him... but he didn't even understand that he had to run the clock and game manage the finish to keep a lead, run some offense for your guys, get Davis a shot (he did that only once)... they were all out of sorts led be Dejounte out of control play. Pop even let him... film to roast him I am guessing.
