Thanks for the report. Confirms my statement that per reports, Pop did consult Kawhi on whether he was sore. Him warming up was extremely subdued, and tame with very careful and slow jumpshots.

I wonder if he's pushing through to return and that thing is indeed chronic. I have never seen something like this. (not that I have watched basketball for a ton of years, but still).

Pop said he's never seen anything like this before, so it's not exactly common. It's why people going bat crazy when Pop sits him or comparing his return to other guys is ridiculous. This is a very unique situation, and there isn't a lot of other situations like it, if any, to use as a barometer.

Maybe one day people will stop the whining about it and realize it's a fluid situation
