You don't trade Murray or Bertans for a fringe big like O'Quinn.

I think he's been pretty good this season. Murray isn't very good now, and I think White will eventually be a better player. I rather keep Bertans.

You can definitely trade Bert for O'Quinn (or anyone like him). The league is rewarding players like that now (see Capella, Crowder, Scrub Ass Draymond Green, etc). Agree Bert has a higher possible ceiling but O'Quinn brings hustle and physicality this team severely lacks.
