OL, QB, and TE........those are the 3 positions I want to see make a huge improvement next season. If the OL can healthy and do its job, the QB play should dramatically improve. Our TE health and depth has caused the position to be an enigma in recent years. It would be nice to find another Thomas, Scaife, or Finley.
Oh and 1 more position, K. Hopefully er can be our next Phil Dawson or Jordan Tucker.
I took so much for granted.
I just thought it was normal for us to have talent. The kicking and OL has been a horrific nightmare. (Edit: but our punter got to show off; I have never seen us punt so often. It also took games staying close.)

Per Inside Texas, RB Deondrick Glass (Katy), WR Dylan Wright (West Mesquite) and ATH Tamauzia Brown (Newton) will be in Austin next weekend.
The Football Brainiacs are reporting that WR Garrett Wilson of Austin Lake Travis will be on campus next weekend.
Inside Texas saying RB Darwin Barlow of Newton will also be in Austin next weekend.
He is an offer candidate.
According to 24/7, ATH Jordan Whittington of Cuero has set a commitment date of March 3rd.
It's down to A&M, UT and UCLA, with UT considered to be the favorite.
He's pushed back his commitment timeline a few times already, so don't be surprised if he does it again.
As a borderline five-star player, needless to say he'd be a huge pick-up to help recruit the class along with QB Roschon Johnson.
I hope our QB(s) have a good year.
This guy looks to be fantastic (if the 6A playoffs this year were indicative of his talent).
I believe I saw him cover Wease in the playoffs and win those match ups.

24/7 says QB Jacob Zeno of San Antonio Jay has been in constant contact with Coach Beck.
He would be a solid option if UT decides to take a second QB in this class.

Wilson is a total stud. I'd like to see the staff wrap him and Whittington up, and then focus on a bigger guy like Higgins or Wright.
Wease seems destined for A&M or OU.
I love Henderson's game but I worry he's a knucklehead (two decommitments already) who will play a lot of games and may not qualify anyway.
WR Jaylen Ellis from Round Rock Cedar Ridge could be an option down the road.

OrangeBloods reporting DT DeMarvin Leal of Converse Judson will be in Austin next weekend.
Being close to the Cedar Ridge program, I’ve been told Ellis’s preferred school is TAMU.
Good to know.

24/7 and IT confirmed this went down over the weekend.
Texas hosted quarterback commit Roschon Johnson for an unofficial visit this weekend. During his time in Austin, Johnson linked up with Texas wide receiver targets Garrett Wilson and Elijah Higgins to work on some routes. Higgins told us he really enjoyed working with Johnson, who will be recruiting them hard moving forward. They all visualized playing with each other after the workout.
Give me these two and add Whittington and Wright and this receiver class will be shaping up great.
Whoop Whoop
I wouldn't put him above 2020 RB Zachary Evans at this point, but he's a good one.

Need him to be Recruitin' Roschon this weekend.
CB Chris Steele (Bellflower, CA)
Whataburger gonna close the deal for UT.
Per The Football Brainiacs, WR Arjei Henderson of Fort Bend Travis will be in Austin this weekend.
