Yup this kid is going to blow up, I see him climbing pretty high into the rankings before it's all said and done.

His measurables alone should get him attention on the camp circuit.

We'll see if he's in Houston next week for the The Opening tryouts.

xavier player from steele is just that-a player. it may help that he played with sterns and i am sure that caden will look to recruit him. player has a real knack for getting the INTs, btw. i would expect the list for 2020 to eventually include a few other steele players as they have quite a few younger players that may turn out to be special, including the QB who was just a frosh this past season.

So Jaren Mangham's mom attended aggsy, and his grandmother went to Texas. should be an interesting fight. I guess the real question is does he want to play defense or offense on the next level. We want him as a linebacker and they seem to be offering as a runningback.

Lbs have more shelf life if I am not mistaken.

If you have NFL aspirations then RB is probably the worst position you can play, they have an average shelf life of about 4 years with the vast majority being done by 7 years. Very very few go past 7 years.

I know I've told this story in the past.

Back in 2009 Sports Illustrated was doing a Heisman tribute. I was at the texas vs Tech game and they had a booth where Earl Campbell was signing free copies of Sports Illustrated. I spoke with him for a brief moment and got him to sign my throw back Earl Campbell jersey. He was so punchy and at the time was in a wheel chair.

I thought he gave too much to the game, and he only played 7 years.

How far do you think the staff is from offering Ken Seals of Weatherford? Exciting about him because I live in the area and am looking forward to catching some games in the fall. I know he visiting for a game this past season and he's back now so something's brewing here.

The staff obviously likes him since this will be at least his second time on campus, but it's hard to know how he'd fit Herman's offense.

Roschon's ability is the direction they'd like to go, so I'm not sure if that's something Seals can provide or if he's strictly a pro-style guy.

We'll see what his junior year looks like.
