Aggies need to realize that Jimbo has taken on a 4 year project, your not going up against the Big 12 anymore, you have to beat Bama and Georgia if you want to make the playoffs, that isn't going to happen overnight.
jalen ramsey called out jimbo fisher and tim brewester pretty hard.

Yes all those players clamoring over playing for Vanderbilt
i read somewhere that the hope is to crack the top 10 after three years, which seems like the most realistic view to take for one hoping for a best case scenario in a short time frame.
Top 10 in 3 years is very realistic. Jimbo needs 4 straight years of great recruiting and getting a guy like Jamis who can win games on his own. That is how you beat Bama and Georgia. Frankly, I'm thinking Florida is going to be back pretty fast with Mullen leading the way.
Keep this in mind, Saban realistically probably only has 4 to 6 years left in him, maybe less. That is when you guys need to be ready to strike and take over the West. I have a hard time seeing it happen before he leaves. But you have Jimbo for 10 years so we shall see.
recruits taking notice of texas dorms falling behind aggies dorms
10 second Google search
Leon is bitter little farmer.
Still hating because Texas took the top 3 safeties in the state/nation.
a&m made an offer to class of '20 RB E.J. Smith (son of Emmitt) after the spring game.
never realized kenyon jackson was 6'6". anyway, nice pick up.
a&m offered dual QB threat lance legendre (kansas commit) this past friday.
I have a question for you guys. I'm an old school San Antonio guy. My Ag buddy told me his nephew is a great big block out the sun young kid who plays for Steel, He is either a freshmen or Soph this year. He is somewhere between
6'4 and 6'8. Do you know who he is? I'd be surprised if you didn't since their family is 100% Ags
sounds like that would be kyle tharp.
How good is he?

Kyle Tharp | Cibolo Steele | OT | 6’6/310
When Cibolo Steele reloads, it reloads. The monster tackle is another underclassmen prospect for the Knights coming with elite potential. At 6’6 and over 310 pounds, Tharp already looks the part. Tharp could be a huge asset to what is already one of the strongest positions at Steele in 2018.
That is the young man, I've met his mom once or twice. 100% Aggie without a doubt. I think he is already going to Aggie camps. I'm curious to see how he develops.
4 star CB bobby wolfe (2019) committed (recommitted, actually) to A&M.
op updated
Aggies add four-star legacy RB Isaiah Spiller to 2019 class
https://www.goodbullhunting.com/2018...ruiting-commit
spiller is a nice pick-up. glad to see him recommit.
and A&M made adisa isaac's top 10 list although he likely winds up at penn state
With the addition of Carter you guys have 23 commitments, how many are you expecting to take and who are you still recruiting that you have a legit chance of getting.
from what i know, ags are still recruiting nakobe dean (ILB from MS), WR dylan wright from mesquite, adisa issac (DE from NY), marcus stripling (DE from mayde creek) and devonta lee from LA (athlete). i can't see more than 25 or 26 tops assuming there are no decommits.
I thought the SEC had a hard 25 rule, on a recuiting class?
you're correct. there used to be a loophole to get around that but apparently that loophole has been removed so there is an SEC hard cap of 25.
