This is one of the least surprising developments of the past two years, since the NRA and Russian troll farms have basically had the same messaging strategy all this time. And frankly $400K isn't a huge spend in the whole scheme of things. Still, shameful for Americans to rely on Russian disinformation tactics. But it works when you have a willing population.
